I really like the contrast between the warm background and the rather cool ( when compared ) foreground! I think it makes the subject stand out more, and adds alot more character to him in the shots.

DeleteOne thing, you can try to fix the white balance issues by colour-grading the whole image or selectively grading the background into colder tones .
