Social Documentary Portraiture

This has nothing related to university work, but i had always been very interested in photographing different people in our society at different time, with a confronting style of photographing anonymous, many claims it is not natural, how the photograph turns out. However i find it trigger people to show their most realistic side. As an open discussion i am very interested in hearing all you upcoming photographer's opinion on whether street portraits count as part of environmental portraiture?

    fantastic! soooo many stories! you can tell a lot about society and a period of time by images like this, especially love the girls on the bus
